Who is the biggest ‘man whore’?

November 30, 2010 in Uncategorized

Watched a very entertaining new program on Aus TV the other night called “Warnie”. Yes, the living legend Shane Warne, has his own TV program and I must say, he did well. The build up to the anticipated Ashes was the perfect moment to launch this series. Guest were; David ‘the Bumble’ Lloyd, Darren Gough, Merv Hughes to even Chris Martin from Cold Play. Warnie was not shy when they took the ‘mickey’ out of him!

As I was watching, I thought, what a man, what a legend! I then again realised that he ‘bowled quit a few maidens over’ in his time so far. Thus made me wonder, who is the biggest ‘man whore’ of the celebrity world?

Yes, sport has Tiger Wood and Shane Warne, not to forget South Africa’s legends, Naas Botha and Herschelle Gibbs.

Too make things more competitive I added Charlie Sheen, Steve Hofmyer, Bill Clinton and Julio Igelsias!

Vote for the ultimate ‘man whore’ on poll!

PS: if you a man, vote who you would have liked to be….

If you are a woman or Kitchener, vote for who you would like to shag!

Kevin D a better option than Nick Mallet!

November 29, 2010 in Uncategorized

Snor de Villiers and his crew survived the guillotine and will take the World Champions Springboks to next year’s ‘holy grail’. A team of consultants, Carel du Plessis, Rudolph Straeuli etc will assist them.

It is time that SARU gives me a call. Yes, I will return to the Republic to come and help if they send me a SOS!

Do I deserve the job?

According to the previous poll, I received 5 votes (more than Nick Mallet, Gert Smal and Frans Ludeke) to replace Snor as Bok coaches, so yes, there would be merit to include me.

Pomme hard gemoer!

November 28, 2010 in Uncategorized

Bring on the World Cup 2011!

1: Deon Stegman, is in dieselfde ‘klas’ as Kabamba Floors. Schalk Burger, Francois Louw, Heinrich Brussow is almal beter. Keegan Daniels sou verseker ook beter as Stegman gevaar het. Nes Meisiekind Olivier, is hul hoogstens Superrugby vlak!

2: Willem Alberts moet begin! Hy kan no.8 speel as Juan die no.1 verkose no.7 is.

3: CJ vd Linde, bliksem Rassie, hoe kon jy die Stormers begroting hiervoor gebruik?

4: Frans Steyn is ‘n heelagter.

Daar is beter as hy.

The Beast en Guthro Steenkamp baie, baie beter loskoppe as Johno. Dok Jannie het die toets as vaskop geslaag, so ASSEBLIEF JOHN SMIT, tree uit!

IRB Player of the Year?

November 26, 2010 in Uncategorized

Victor Matfield, Richie McCaw, David Pocock, Kurtley Beale, Mills Muliaina and Imanol Harinordoquy are the 2010 nominees for the IRB Player of the Year!

My keuse sal egter Kurtley Beale wees.

Panel of judges: John Eales, Will Greenwood, Gavin Hastings, Raphaël Ibanez, Francois Pienaar, Agustín Pichot, Scott Quinnell, Tana Umaga en Paul Wallace.

What do you think of the nominees?

Vote on poll who you think should win IRB Player!

My predictions for Saturday?

Italy vs Fiji (Pastamanne met 7)

Poms vs Bokke (Bokke met 1)

Scots vs Samoa (Skotte met 5)

Red Dragons vs All Blacks (Kiwis met 14)

French vs Wallabies (Wallabies met 3)

Irish vs Pumas (Iere met 6)

Go Aussies!

November 26, 2010 in Uncategorized

Cricket is a funny game! Day one of the first test at the Gabba, belongs to the Aussies! Peter Siddle, the first Aussie since Warnie in 1994, to take a hat trick in the Ashes series, will never forget his birthday yesterday!

The Aussies will have to bat out today and get a lead of at least 150 runs. Whoever wins this one, will win the series! It is, however, as the saying goes…not over till the fat man Warnie has bowled! Wait, he isn’t there anymore!

Does anyone knows what the GABBA stands for?

Go Aussies!

Strauss out for a duck!

November 25, 2010 in Uncategorized

England won the toss and elected to bat! Strauss became the first victim in overcast conditions. Strauss tried to cut the ball, but got caught by Hussey from Hilfenhaus’ bowling. He faced 3 balls!

Who must replace Snor as Bok coach?

November 24, 2010 in Uncategorized

Let’s pretend Santa exists! Oops, sorry for those to break the news…

Anyhow, if Snor must be fired after the UK tour, who must replace him and why?

Explain to me why he should be replaced, as he is the only Bok coach to have won two tests in NZ since re-admittance.

Who is your coach to replace him? Don’t just vote on poll, also explain to me why?

Barmy Army is in Brisvegas!

November 24, 2010 in Uncategorized

The Barmy Army is in Brisvegas! I don’t give a shit about the Poms, the monarchy or their miserable lifestyle! Who cares about another pissy prince’s wedding next April! The best thing South Africa ever did, was to become a republic!

“They put our wives and children in concentration camps! They stole our diamonds and gold, but can never steal our World Cup! “

So, as a Saffa-mate, I’m ready for the cricket and rugby this weekend to smash those Pommy bastards!

The Barmy Army is unique and creates a vibe at cricket, especially at Test cricket, that needs spectators at the grounds.

As I was writing, there were only 400 seats still left for the opening day of the first test at the Gabba. The Aussies haven’t lost a test at the Gabba in the last two decades. It seems that the pitch might have some ‘green’ on it and it is hinted by some Aussie batsmen, that they would prefer to bowl first, if Australia was to win the toss.

Go the Springboks and Aussies!

Vote on poll who you think is going to win the Ashes.

Best locks ever?

November 23, 2010 in Uncategorized

Victor Matfield and Bakkies Botha; mention those names and teams are nervous. Bakkies is the ‘enforcer’ and Matfield the more skilled and clever lock. Matfield must be regarded as the most impressive mastermind in unraveling the opponents’ line-out calls and movements. The Springboks and Blue Bulls (Bulls) were blessed to have them the last decade. Many would regard them as the best lock combo ever.

The locks play with numbers 4 (in front in line-out) and 5 (normally jumps at 4th in the line-out). Number 4 (ala Bakkies and Martin Johnson) is in many cases the more aggressive and plays a slightly tighter game than the number 5 (ala Matfield and John Eales).

Frik du Preez and Colin Meads are regarded by many as the two best locks ever. Admittedly great players, but, when it comes to modern rugby they would have to be more suited as blindside flankers as SIZE do MATTER when it comes to locks today. Frik was only 1.88m and 96kg, while Colin was 1.92 m and 102kg!

Talking about Meads, the freakish 2.08m Andries Bekker, is seen by some kiwis as the new Meads! I must admit that I think he could become the greatest lock of all time, but is not there yet! The Wallabies supporters will quickly point out the incredible athlete and almost perfect rugby legend, called John Eales. His nickname was ‘nobody’; as the saying goes….noboby is perfect!

For the sake of finishing this series of blogs before I leave for SA, I will take the two locks with the most votes as the bloggers picks!

My Top 5 ‘all time’ locks:

Bravehearts put pathetic Boks to shame!

November 22, 2010 in Uncategorized

Laat ek eerder hier stop want my moer koer sommer alweer……..

Bullshit mates!
