If the weekend taught us anything it is:

1.  That John Smit is long long gone. To slow to fat to old. He should do the honourable thing and retire!!!!

2. That Morning Steyn is useless unless it rains.

3. That Wynand Olivier is the most over rated rugby player in history. And prob should not play club rugby!

4. That Deon Steggman is no international fetcher and should rather be fetching beers for Brussow.

Further Werner Kruger still has some way to go to be a top class tihgthead. Ruan Pinaar is way way of his best. And a loose trio of Johnson , Rossouw and Steggman is seriously unbalanced and will never work.

Lastly although a back three of Aplon, Basson and Mvovo is a serious theat on attack but with Steyn and Oliveir they will never get any ball and non of them are particularly good on defence.

So to some it up no player choose him self and the blame has to go to Old SNORRE who is totally clueless and doesn’t have any game plan.

Ps. Pat Lambie and Jacobs immediatly improved the back line play.

This years Tour is going down to the wire. With anyone from Evans, Schleck’s, Sanchez, Contador still in with a good chance.

And even Voeckler still has a chance because he is over a min infront.

Realistically Evans should be the favourite at the moment not being in to mutch difficulty in the race so far. But Evans have never liked the extremely high altitude climbs and today and tomorrow is the first really high altitude climbs of the tour. But every big climb thus far I expected Contador and Scleck’s to ride away from Evans and everytime it was either Contador or Schleck that was in trouble. The Ausie seems to be in brilliant form and probably has the strongest team around him.

I can’t wait for todays and tommorows stages.

I just hope their is not to mutch infighting, as was the cse up untill now, that nobody wants to take the responsebility and just go and ride all the pretenders of the bunch.

I predict a Contador stage victory with Andy on his wheel and Evans and Frank following no to far behind. But this tour has been so unpredictable that I’ll probably will end with my face full of yolk!

Firstly well done to the Crusaders who beat or rather demolished the Stormers on Saturday.

OK so all interception passes aside Crockett and Franks broke Brok and Blaauw’s backs and anymomentum the Stormers might have had. The Stormers should invest good money in new props and boot the fatties to Japan where they might thrive. 

In the end to think that the Stormers would stand a chance without Duane and Dewies was far to optomistic. But hey who all can dream.

Thanks to Louw, Bekker, Fourie and Habana who all played their harts out and made the game just about barable to watch.
