Really glad this turned out to be just a rumour, but still makes for an interesting debate on how this country deals with such situations and the differences in approach depending on the culture / ethnicity of the offended, as well as the bullshit the papers can spew and us being fooled into buying their brand because of the sensation it is causing. That journo should be fired, unless he was ordered by his masters to come up with sensational bullshit…

Agree mate. I also think Keegan should praat ‘n bietjie Afrikaans when they call him up to give his winning captain’s speech, on Friday. Wys vir die mense wie jy rerig is.

I think The Sharks fan base is getting bigger and bigger in Pretoria. Just jealousy on the part of this Newspaper to try and lure mainly Afrikaans speaking fans away from The Sharks.

I’m not a Man UTD fan or supporter, but this is one big , big, loss for them. Also a loss to football in general. I cannot believe how he achieved most of his titles and cup triumphs with a just above average squad. Not many “superstars” in the current team. Yes, a number of talented players have come and gone, superstars. But they never all played together at once. This man is a genius, and many fans loved to hate him.

People are speaking of a gradual demise in the clubs fortunes. Every team goes through this and maybe Man UTD fans should accept this if it happens. Happened to the once “great” Liverpool.

If your picking Sithole i guess he was a late replacement for Coetzee. Plum wont pick him .He’s going to go with that kid that started against the Stormers.

12 and 13. Meyer Bosman cannot play 13. He is a 10/12 option and nothing more. In case of a huge emergency he could probably cover 15. 13 is a specialist position, and if your not experienced at it the attack will always breach you on the outside (Think Jaco Taute at 13 against the All Blacks)

Viljoen is an out and out 15, but he has shown good touches at 10. He cannot play 12 or 13.

Odwa will play 14 and Viljoen will be at 15. Frans Staeyn is probably in the worst form of his life, and had Whitehead been fit Frans would probably have stayed behind to play Vodacom just to get his fitness back.
