This is very funny but very sad at the same time. When will they learn? This after news broke of the signing of young Pollard.
How many Province player currently with theBulls? Young Province players, I have to add!

There are always others to come through. Unfortunately we will lose lots of players to other unions and overseas. It’s a professional game now and the guys are going to follow the best price

I actually don’t rate him that much… His inability to kick the ball out at crucial times was quite shocking for someone at that level.
He’s good, but he’s not really in Goosen’s league. The Bulls will do his kicking game good, and if he does come through (they have a LOT of flyhalves that are going to want to come through in the next 5 years) he should make a decent backup.
Timothy Swiel is on WP’s books, so there is one promising flyhalf slated for the next few years.

Agree Powa, and to add, it is just fair for players to leave because to sit on the bench is not nice at all.

If the rumours is to be believed HM signed young Pollard in 2010 already. (it wasn’t illeagal yet cause that law only came into effect in 2012)
It is sad to see Pollard go but WP did make him an offer but he choose the Bulls. I do think they have better structures in place than WP. Purely out of necesity, they do not have any real tallent of their own.
But I agree 100% WP should deff up their game come recruting time.
But with HM bok coach its will be difficult to get youngsters not to go to the Bulls. HM has shown a tendancy to fast track young Bulls talent ahead of any other province.
I believe the Bulls have the best negotiating and recrutment staff in the country. Nobody will go and live in Pretoria out of free will.
I mean Gauteng only just rate above Syria, Afganistan and Iraq in murder stats.

For some reason, I get a warm and fuzzy feeling seeing Johan Sadie sidelined for most of the season…Didn’t he say he is so much stronger and fitter since he joined the Bulls? Hahahahah!
