Did I spot Kitchener this weekend?

So rumour had it that Lord Kitchener resides in George. I happened to spend my weekend there, bloody cold it was to. On my way to a friend’s house to watch the game I drove past a car with the above number plate and I thought to myself that this has to be Kitchener, surely! Although I didn’t see him in person, I was 100% sure it was him…
On my way back from the game later the evening I drove past the house again (it was in the same street we stayed in) and spotted a car next to his with the number plate below. Surely this was Lord Lucan coming over to give old Kitch a shoulder to cry on.
Although this could not be confirmed I am certain this was them.
