Don’t get me wrong, I am a Patriot through and through. I stick with my country no matter what. I am just getting a bit sick and tired of listening to our sporting teams promises to be ruthless here and give it to this team there. We are probably the Nr1 country in the world when it comes to talking big before any test match, doesnt matter the sporting code.

Just before the current test at Centrurion we heard it again….be ruthless, be clinical blah, blah, blah. Morne Morkel takes a wicket off a no-ball. Kallis and co. bowls 3 bouncers a over, because they have to. After all, a green wicket justifies that, or does it? I say; fine a bowler if he takes a wicket off a no-ball. Goodness, if we make the same mistakes time and again at work would we get a bonus?

Rugby and football is exactly the same.

Maybe its time for us to stop talking so much about how we will stuff teams up before hand and maybe do so IF we were able to do so.
