Anyone will tell you that strength training is absolutely crucial to making sure your body can stand up to the rigours of running, but many neglect it unfortunately and often get injured unnecessarily.
Currently I’m running 3 times a week and to complement my running training, I’ve just signed up to a Boot Camp which the Sports Science Institute of South Africa are running – starting next week.
I’ve signed up for the morning classes Mon, Wed and Friday from 06h00-07h00 but there’s also evening classes from 17h45-18h45.
